If the Status column on your integration row shows a red Unhealthy badge, your connection needs attention. For Core Practice, the most common cause is an expired OAuth token — fix it with the Reconnect button. For Praktika, see the troubleshooting note below.
For Core Practice
Core Practice connects via OAuth, and OAuth tokens can expire or be revoked. When that happens, syncs start failing and the integration is marked Unhealthy.
Steps
- Go to Setup → Integration.
- Find the Core Practice row showing Unhealthy. You'll see a Reconnect button at the end of the row.
- Click Reconnect. You'll be redirected to Core Practice's login page.
- Sign in to Core Practice and approve the permissions Fixed Price Dental requests.
- Core Practice redirects you back to Setup → Integration. The status badge should now show green Healthy.
For Praktika
Praktika doesn't use OAuth, so there's no Reconnect button. If your Praktika row shows Unhealthy, your API key is likely invalid (revoked or rotated). The fix is to:
- Contact Praktika support and request a fresh Fixed Price Dental API key.
- In Fixed Price Dental, go to Setup → Integration.
- Click the Unlink/Delete button on the integration row, choose Unlink and confirm.
- Click Configure Integration, choose Praktika, paste the new API key and submit.
If you'd rather, contact our support team and we can investigate the failure for you before you re-key.
Tips & things to watch for
- Don't ignore an Unhealthy status — bookings and patient data can fall out of sync until it's fixed.
- After reconnecting, run a Manual sync to bring everything up to date. See Trigger a manual sync of your integration.
