If you have multiple practices that share a billing account (typical for organisations with more than one location), all of them appear under one customer record. The Billing → Account page shows the read-only list.
Steps
- Go to Billing → Account.
- Scroll to the Practices section at the bottom.
- The table lists each practice that shares this billing account.
What you can and can't do here
- You can view the list. It confirms which practices roll up into one billing entity / one set of invoices.
- You can't add, remove or modify practices from this page. The page text says: "This is a list of practices linked to your billing account. To add, remove, or modify practices, please contact support."
To add or remove a practice from the billing account
Contact support with:
- The practice name(s) you want to add or remove.
- The legal entity / customer record they should be linked to (or moved away from).
We'll handle it for you and confirm.
Tips & things to watch for
- Charges on the Billing → Bookings table also span all linked practices — the Practice column shows which practice each booking is for.
- One invoice covers all linked practices. The line items on the invoice include patients across all practices.
