Change your password

Change your password from inside the portal at any time. You'll need your current password to confirm the change.

What you'll need

• Your current password.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, click your name at the bottom-left to open the user menu.
2. Click Password.
3. Enter your Current password.
4. Enter your new password under Password (at least 8 characters) and again under Password confirmation.
5. Submit. You'll see a confirmation toast and the dialog will close.

Tips & things to watch for

• The two new password fields must match exactly. If they don't, you'll see "The passwords you entered do not match" under the second field.
• If you've forgotten your current password, log out and use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen instead.
