Log in to the Practice Portal

Sign in with the email and password you set up when your practice account was created or when you accepted an invitation.

Steps

1. Go to fixeddental.com.au and click the link to the Practice Portal, or go straight to the sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click Login.
4. You'll land on the dashboard for the first practice you have access to. If you only have access to one practice, that's where you'll start every time.

Tips & things to watch for

• If you forget your password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen.
• If you see "No Practice Access — You don't have access to any practices. Please contact your manager to get access." after signing in, your account exists but isn't yet linked to a practice. See I can't see any practices when I log in.
• If you have access to more than one practice, use the practice switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them.
