Reset a forgotten password

If you can't remember your password, request a reset email and set a new one. You don't need to know your old password.

Steps

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password? next to the password field.
2. Enter the email you use to log in. Click submit.
3. Check your inbox for an email from Fixed Price Dental with a reset link.
4. Click the link. It opens a page asking for your new password and a confirmation.
5. Enter the new password (at least 8 characters) twice and submit.
6. You'll be redirected to the sign-in screen. Log in with your new password.

Tips & things to watch for

• Reset links expire after a short time. If yours doesn't work, request a fresh one from the Forgot your password? screen.
• If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, then confirm the email you entered matches the one on your account.
• Already signed in and just want to change your password? Use the in-portal Password option in the user menu instead — see Change your password.
