Your name and email are part of your personal account — separate from your practice's billing details. Update them from the user menu.
Steps
- In the sidebar, click your name at the bottom-left to open the user menu.
- Click Profile.
- Update Name and / or Email:
- Name — your display and contact name.
- Email — the email you use to log in. We may also use it to contact you.
- Click Save changes. You'll see a confirmation toast: "Profile updated — Your profile information has been updated successfully."
Tips & things to watch for
- Changing your login email here does not change the billing email on your invoices. To update billing email, see Update your billing details.
- If you change your email, your next sign-in must use the new one.
- The Save changes button stays disabled until you actually change something.
