The Bookings page is a filterable, sortable list of every booking made through Fixed Price Dental at this practice. Use the filters at the top to narrow down to the one you're looking for.
Opening the page
- In the sidebar, click Bookings.
- The page opens with all bookings, sorted by appointment time.
What you can filter by
The toolbar above the table has filters for:
- Patient name — type any part of the name.
- Practitioner — pick one or more practitioners.
- Appointment type — pick one or more appointment types.
- Status — Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled.
- Date range / time — narrow to a specific window.
The filters combine — applying multiple narrows the list to bookings matching all of them.
Sorting
Click the Time column header to toggle ascending vs descending sort.
Pagination
The bottom of the table has page controls. Choose 10/20/30/40/50 rows per page.
Tips & things to watch for
- Filters are persisted in the URL. You can bookmark a filtered view (e.g. all upcoming bookings for Dr Smith) and come back to it.
- Searching by patient name does a partial match — typing "smi" will match "Smith".
- The Status badge on each row is automatically calculated:
- Upcoming — appointment is in the future and not cancelled.
- Completed — appointment time has passed and not cancelled.
- Cancelled — booking was cancelled.
