The invoice detail page shows the dates, totals and a per-line product breakdown. The New Patients line is expandable into a list of every patient included.

- Go to Billing → Invoices.
- Click View Charges on any row.

Summary panel
- Period — the billing period this invoice covers.
- Issued — when it was issued (or — if Draft).

Product Breakdown
Each line item is a row. The most important is the New Patients line — it includes every billable new-patient booking in the period. Click it to expand a per-booking table:
- Patient — name
- Date — appointment date
- Appointment Type — what was booked
- Practice — which of your linked practices
- Practitioner — who saw the patient
- Outcome — Upcoming (still on a Draft invoice) or Charged (on a finalised invoice). If a billing adjustment has been approved, the row appears with a strikethrough and an Adjusted badge — tooltip explains "Billing adjustment approved — this booking will be removed when the invoice is finalised."
Tips & things to watch for
- The breakdown helps you quickly find any patient you might want to dispute. Use it during the grace period.
- A struck-through row in a Draft invoice means an adjustment has been approved but not yet applied — when the invoice finalises, that booking is removed.
- The "New Patients" tooltip says "New patients received via the Fixed Price Dental network" — it's our way of identifying these are platform-sourced.
