Reorder how appointment types appear

The order of appointment types in the table is also the order patients see them on your public profile and in the booking flow. Drag rows up or down to put your most-booked or most-strategic appointments at the top.

Steps

1. Go to Setup → Appointment Types.
2. Find the row you want to move.
3. Click and hold the drag handle (the vertical grip icon) at the start of the row.
4. Drag the row up or down to its new position.
5. Release. The order saves automatically.

Tips & things to watch for

• Order matters for conversion — patients tend to scroll less than you'd think.
• A common pattern is: most-popular new patient offer first, then your priced offers in order of typical revenue, then custom in-flow types last.
• If a save fails (e.g. network drop), the row snaps back to its previous position and you'll see a toast with the error. Try again.
