Choose your preferred health funds

If your practice is a Preferred Provider for one or more health funds, list them so patients with those funds know they'll get better rebates with you.

Steps

1. Go to Profile → Preferred Providers.
2. Tick each health fund you're a Preferred Provider for.
3. Click Save.

Tips & things to watch for

• Tick only the funds you have an actual Preferred Provider relationship with — patients trust this list and will be unhappy if it's inaccurate.
• This list is separate from the patient payment methods you accept (HICAPS, EFTPOS) — see Choose the patient payment methods you accept.
• Updates take effect on your public profile immediately.
