Choose the facilities you offer

Facilities are the practical extras patients filter on — wheelchair access, parking, baby change, after-hours availability and so on. Tick the ones your practice offers.

Steps

1. Go to Profile → Facilities.
2. Tick each facility you offer.
3. Click Save.

Tips & things to watch for

• Be accurate about accessibility-related facilities. A patient relying on wheelchair access who can't get into your practice on the day will leave a poor review and have a bad experience.
• Untick facilities if they change (e.g. you lose a parking arrangement).
