Choose the patient payment methods you accept

Tell patients which payment methods you accept on the day — HICAPS, EFTPOS, credit card and so on. Patients use this when deciding whether your practice is convenient for them.

Steps

1. Go to Profile → Payment Methods.
2. Tick each method you accept from patients.
3. Click Save.

Tips & things to watch for

• This list is the patient-facing payment methods (what they bring to the appointment) — it's totally separate from the card we charge for your monthly Fixed Price Dental billing (under Billing → Account).
• HICAPS in particular is high-trust — only tick if you have a working terminal.
