Reorder practitioners on your listing

The order of active practitioners in the table is also the order they appear on your public profile. Drag rows to surface your most-booked or newest practitioners first.

Steps

1. Go to Practitioners. Make sure the Active tab is selected (Archived practitioners can't be reordered).
2. Find the practitioner row to move.
3. Click and hold the drag handle (the vertical grip icon at the start of the row).
4. Drag up or down to the new position.
5. Release. The order saves automatically.

Tips & things to watch for

• A common pattern: principal dentist first, then associates, then visiting specialists.
• Patients reading down the list often book the first match — putting your most-booked practitioner first usually aids conversion.
• Archived practitioners don't have a drag handle and don't appear in your public listing, so order doesn't matter for them.
