The dashboard is the page you land on when you first sign in. It's designed to give you a quick read on activity at the practice — what's happened recently and how things are trending.
What's on the page
Stat cards (top row)
Four cards summarising activity:
- Total Bookings — every booking received through the platform.
- New Patients — first-time visitors (patients who hadn't been to your practice before).
- Total Revenue — revenue generated through the platform.
- Avg Revenue Per Patient — how much each new patient is worth on average.

Bookings chart
An interactive area chart showing total bookings over time, split by new vs existing patients. Toggle between 7-day, 30-day and 90-day views in the top-right of the chart. See Reading the bookings chart.
Activity feed
A table of the last 30 days of booking activity — new bookings, reschedules and cancellations. Each row has a coloured event badge, the patient, practitioner, appointment type, time and a "Mark as seen" action for unread items. See What the activity feed shows.
What's not on the dashboard
- The full list of all bookings — that's under Bookings.
- Billing details — those are under Billing.
- Detailed patient information — see Patient Search or click into a booking.
Tips & things to watch for
- The dashboard is a starting point. Most actions (cancel, reschedule, view a booking) happen on the booking detail or the bookings list, reachable by clicking through.
- The activity feed is per-practice. Switching practices changes what you see.
