New Patients
First-time visitors — patients who haven't been to your practice before.
The subset of bookings that count as new patients. These are the ones that drive billing — see What "new patient" means and how we identify one.
Total Revenue
Revenue generated through the platform — from all bookings.
The total fee value of bookings made through the platform. This is what patients have paid (or are expected to pay) you, not what you owe Fixed Price Dental.
Avg Revenue Per Patient
How much each new patient is worth on average.
Calculated as Total Revenue ÷ New Patients. Useful for understanding the average value of a marketplace-sourced patient.
Tips & things to watch for
- These numbers cover the lifetime of your account at this practice — they aren't filtered to a date range. To see activity over time, use the bookings chart below.
- All four numbers are per-practice. If you have multiple practices on the same billing account, switch between them to see each practice's stats.
- Revenue numbers reflect the prices of the bookings — the actual collection of patient payments happens at your practice via your normal payment terminal.
