Applies to non-integrated practices only.
Once an Availability block is in place, the portal generates individual bookable time slots inside it (at the slot duration you chose). You can see and manage those generated slots from inside the Availability block's edit dialog.
Steps
- Go to Availability and navigate to the date you want to inspect.
- Click the green Availability event on the calendar.
- The dialog opens with two tabs at the top:
- Manage Availability — the list of generated time slots.
- Edit Schedule — the form for editing or deleting the schedule.
- The dialog defaults to Edit Schedule. Switch to Manage Availability.
- You'll see a header showing the practitioner name and the date, a Refresh button, and a grid of time slot chips. Each chip shows the start time and end time.
What the chips look like
- Green chips — published slots. Patients can book these.
- Grey chips — unpublished slots. Patients can't see or book these.
Click a chip to toggle it between published and unpublished. See Publish or unpublish a single time slot.
"Time slots are being generated" message
If you see "Time slots are being generated. Your time slots will be published within a few minutes." instead of the chips, the schedule is brand new and we're still building the slots. Come back in a moment, or click Refresh.
"No time slots found for this session"
This means there are no future slots for this practitioner on this date inside the block — usually because:
- The block is in the past.
- All slots have been individually unpublished.
Tips & things to watch for
- Slots in the past don't appear in the list.
- The header date matches the calendar's current view — switching dates first changes which slots you see.
