Signing up is self-serve and takes a few minutes. You'll create your login, enter your business and practice details, and add a card on file. You won't be charged today — billing only starts after your practice is approved.
Steps
-
Go to fixeddental.com.au and start the practice sign-up flow. You'll land on a four-step wizard with a step indicator at the top.
-
Step 1 — Account. Enter your Name, Email, Password and Confirm password. Your password must be at least 8 characters. Click Continue.
-
Step 2 — Business details. This is the legal entity that appears on your invoices. Enter:
- Legal Entity (e.g. Acme Dental Pty Ltd)
- ABN (we validate the 11-digit format)
- Email and Phone for billing
- Address Line 1 and optional Address Line 2
- Suburb, State and Postcode
Click Continue.
-
Step 3 — Your practices. Enter at least one practice location.
- For a single location, leave Multiple practices off and fill in Practice Name, Phone, Email, Street Address and Suburb (start typing the suburb name to search).
- For more than one location, switch Multiple practices on and add an Organization Name. Use Add another practice to add more.
Click Continue.
-
Step 4 — Payment method. Enter your card details using the secure Stripe form. Your card is saved but not charged today. Click Complete.
-
You'll see a confirmation screen. Your practice now goes into review.
Tips & things to watch for
- The legal entity and the practice are separate. The legal entity is who pays; practices are the locations patients can book at.
- The email you enter at Step 1 is your login email. The Step 2 billing email and Step 3 practice email can be different — they're for invoices and patient communications respectively.
- The address field at Step 3 (the practice) is what patients see on your public listing. The Step 2 address (the business) is for invoices only.
- After you finish, an "under review" banner appears at the top of the portal until your practice is approved. You can keep configuring while you wait.
