If you see a red banner at the top of the portal saying:
Your practice application has been rejected. Please contact support for more information.
…your practice review didn't pass. The portal is still accessible, but your listing is not public and patients can't book you.
What to do
- Click the Support link in the sidebar (or email us using the address on fixeddental.com.au).
- Tell us your practice name and ask why the application was rejected.
- We'll explain what needs to change and how to resubmit.
Tips & things to watch for
- The rejection might be for something simple — for example a missing detail in your business information or a verification check that needs another document. Contacting support is always the right next step.
- You won't be charged while in this state.
- If you've already spoken with us and resubmitted, the banner clears once the review status updates.
