If you see an amber banner at the top of the portal saying:
Your practice is currently under review. You can continue setting up your account while we review. We'll notify you once it has been approved.
…you've finished sign-up and we're checking your practice details before making your listing public. There's nothing you need to do to push the review forward — just keep configuring.
What you can do while you wait
Most of the portal works during the review period:
- Connect your practice management system (if you use one)
- Add practitioners and their photos / profiles
- Create your appointment types
- Fill in the public listing — opening hours, address, About, photos, services
- Invite your team
- Add notification recipients
What's not active during review:
- Your listing is not yet searchable on fixeddental.com.au
- Patients can't book you
- No charges are made
After approval
- The amber banner disappears.
- Your listing becomes searchable.
- Patients can book you.
- Billing starts on the first new patient who attends.
If your application is rejected, the amber banner is replaced with a red one. See "Your practice application has been rejected" banner.
