Clear unread highlighting from an activity feed item with the Mark as seen action. Useful when you've already actioned a new booking, reschedule or cancellation and want to keep your feed tidy.
Steps
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Scroll to the Activity Feed at the bottom.
- Find the row you want to clear. Unread rows have a light blue background.
- Click Mark as seen on the right of the row.
The blue highlight disappears and the Mark as seen button is removed.
Tips & things to watch for
- Marking as seen is one-way — there's no "mark as unread" action.
- It doesn't change the booking itself, just the visual state on the feed. The booking is unaffected.
- You can mark items as seen one at a time. There's no "mark all as seen" bulk action.
