The activity feed is the table at the bottom of the dashboard. It surfaces recent booking-related events — new bookings, reschedules and cancellations from the last 30 days — in one place so you can quickly see what's been happening.
What's in each row
- Event — a coloured badge: New Booking (green), Reschedule (yellow), Cancellation (red).
- Patient — the patient's full name.
- Practitioner — the practitioner the appointment is with.
- Appointment Type — what was booked.
- Appointment Time — when the appointment is.
- Occurred — when the event happened (e.g. when the booking was created or cancelled).
- An action area on the right — a Mark as seen button on unread items.
Read vs unread
- Unread items are highlighted with a light blue background. They have an active Mark as seen button.
- Read items are on the standard background and don't show the button.
When you mark an item as seen, the highlight disappears.
The 30-day window
The card description reads "Booking activity from the last 30 days." Older events are not shown here — to find them, use the Bookings list with a date filter.
When there's nothing to show
If you have no recent activity, the table shows "No activity yet."
Pagination
The bottom of the card has pagination controls. Choose 10/20/30/40/50 rows per page. The activity feed is sorted with the most recent events first.
Tips & things to watch for
- The feed is your "what's changed?" view. The full list of bookings is under Bookings in the sidebar.
- Click a row to jump straight to that booking in the bookings list.
- Each event type tells a different story: a Cancellation row means the booking is no longer happening; a Reschedule row means the date/time changed.
