Gallery images are the photos patients see on your public profile — surgery rooms, the waiting area, your team, the equipment. A handful of clean, well-lit photos is enough.
Steps
- Go to Profile → Images.
- Scroll down to the Gallery area.
- Upload images by clicking to add or dragging and dropping into the upload area.
- After each image is uploaded, you can:
- Add a short description (optional) — useful for accessibility and to caption photos that need context.
- Drag the image into the position you want it to appear on your profile. Earlier in the order = shown first.
- Click Save.
What to include
- The reception / waiting area
- Treatment rooms (clean, lit, tidy)
- Equipment that sets you apart
- Your team (with consent), or signage / branding
What to skip
- Patients (without explicit written consent)
- Watermarks or contact details overlaid on images — patients should reach you through the booking flow
- Stock photography — patients can tell
Tips & things to watch for
- Drag-to-reorder: grab an image and move it up or down in the gallery.
- Larger images load slower for patients on mobile data — pre-resize photos to a sensible web size if you can.
- If you remove the only logo or all gallery images, your profile may look bare. Aim for at least 3–6 photos plus a logo.
