The contact details on your public listing are how patients reach you outside of the booking flow. Keep them accurate so patients (and us, when we need to reach the practice) can get in touch.
Steps
- Go to Profile → Contact.
- Update any of:
- Phone — the phone number patients should call.
- Email — the email patients can email.
- Website — the URL of your practice website (must be a valid URL or left empty).
- Click Save. You'll see a confirmation that your changes have been saved.
Tips & things to watch for
- The website field accepts a full URL (e.g. https://example.com.au). Leaving it empty is fine if you don't have a website.
- The contact email here is for patient enquiries, not billing. Billing email is set separately under Billing → Account.
- Patient bookings are confirmed via the email and phone they enter on the booking form, not the addresses you set here. These contact details are for patients to reach you directly.
