What's the cost to my Dental practice to use Fixed Price Dental?

There are currently no set up costs or ongoing costs to you or your dental practice.

Once the patient books online, this patient pays a $50 booking. This booking fee is deducted from the total cost of the treatment the patient has booked for, this patient then pays the treating dental clinic the balance of the treatment cost (less the $50 booking fee) on the day of initial appointment.

You do have the option of displaying a contact phone number on your Fixed Price Dental listing, this phone number is provided to you from Fixed Price Dental and is diverted to your main clinic number. When you get a call from a Fixed Price Dental patient you will get a recorded message when answering this call stating "Incoming Call From Fixed Price Dental" so your reception will know how to handle this call. If you opt to not have a phone number listed the patient will only be able to book online with you. The cost to you for using the optional contact number on your listing is $25 per unique lead that is directed to your clinic.

We only charge once per unique lead in a monthly billing period, so if the patient calls your clinic several times in the monthly billing period from the same originating phone number you will only be charged once.

If you opt to offer the contact phone number on your listing then you will receive a monthly invoice with a summery of calls that have been diverted to your clinics number from our Website.
